I am pleased to let you know the level and quality of care given to my father by Aamina Home Care
I am his primary carer but with having to work full time as well I needed to know that when I wasn't available the care he needed would be given in a similar manner so that I could carry on with my life knowing dad was well looked after.

I had to insist that the previous companies had several failures in attendance and lack of concern shortened visits from several different carers and sometimes unhygienic practice. When Aamina took his care at the start of this year things improved rapidly, He has now got a dedicated carer and a second for sickness and holiday so he was able to strike up a relationship with both rather than trying to guess who and when would someone be visiting him each day. They have never missed a visit are on time and always stay the correct time requested. They have more than once gone and above the line of duty in making him comfortable and safe.
One example was when I was on holiday dad was taken into hospital the carer stayed with him until the ambulance arrived completed her round then went to the hospital to check him. She then transported dad home as there was no ambulance available at 3am in the morning made him tea and escorted him to bed before leaving him safe. All the time keeping me updated via text messages while I was in Cyprus.

By no means was this an isolated incident or that my father got preferential treatment and from meeting the people working at Aamina they all have the same friendly manner which I am sure makes relatives of clients like me happy with their standard of care.

I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone who needs to have peace of mind when asking someone else to take on the responsibility of looking after a loved one when they themselves are not available.
Mrs. A.P., Immingham

He has been a tower of strength to this client and highly instrumental in ensuing the affairs that I am sorting on his behalf. This gentleman's son has asked me to write to you to express his gratitude for the support given to his father. In my role as Practitioner for Social Services I meet many care workers you have clearly recruited and developed your employee to a standard that we would all like to aspire to.
